Kathryn C. Evans is the laboratory geologist for the Odessa District of the Texas Department of Transportation.
She received a Doctor of Geological Sciences Degree from the University of Texas at El Paso and is a licensed Professional Geoscientist in Texas.
She has been involved in the use of crumb rubber in pavement applications for nearly 20 years.
